Your support through the BREA Scholarship Fund helps provide education and connections for future Bruin leaders in the commercial real estate industry.
The Bruin Real Estate Association (BREA) is the premier undergraduate commercial real estate club at UCLA. As the only undergraduate real estate club that works with the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate, BREA offers students exciting networking and educational opportunities. We host open meetings during the Fall and Spring quarters and host BREA Society every Winter quarter. BREA Society is an application-only cohort which serves as a great opportunity for members to expand their real estate knowledge and jumpstart their career in the industry.
BREA has seen a significant amount of expansion in the past few years through the growth of not only our student members but also our industry connections. To help accommodate this growth, we’d like to extend an opportunity for your company to become a BREA sponsor. We have a tiered annual sponsorship program, which would help provide students with further resources to prepare for a career in commercial real estate. Through this program, companies have the opportunity to choose a yearly funding amount that helps finance BREA’s growth as we progress into the future.
Your financial support will go directly toward networking events (including our largest annual networking event, Industry Night), real estate financial modeling programs through both Excel and Argus training workshops, company presentations, site visits, marketing materials, board meetings and retreats, and our annual Case Competition.
All sponsors receive recognition at weekly meetings, have their logo on our weekly newsletters and website, and are given an advanced copy of our compiled resume book of all BREA Society members. Our top sponsors, in addition, gain access to our exclusive mailing list and receive an invite to our exclusive networking event with BREA Society members.
When you contribute to the Bruin Real Estate Association, you are contributing to the growth and success of our future Bruins in the commercial real estate industry. Your support will help BREA and its students to continue to flourish for many years to come.
